GoPlattsburgh.com and the North Country Marketing Alliance…
…enable locally-owned businesses to band together to market their goods and services to local residents and to Canadians who travel to our region. We also promote the value of ‘shopping small’ and we provide valuable information about what’s happening in the Plattsburgh Region including Champlain, Chazy, Peru, Plattsburgh and Rouses Point. We are a not-for-profit organization in support of locally-owned businesses.
The effort was formed through a partnership with the North Country Small Business Development Center through a grant from the Small Business Administration.
We are a group of for-profit and not-for-profit locally-owned organizations who attract and retain Canadian customers and local residents of the Plattsburgh region. We promote “Keep it Local!” including the benefits to the community and to the shoppers of shopping with and dining at small, locally-owned businesses.
We support one another’s success by sharing strategic information and best practices. We are committed to:
- ‘Keeping it local!’
- Superior customer service
- Exceptional value
- French-friendliness – Our organizations welcome and accommodate French-speaking customers.
